This corrugated assembly line is an automatically and continuously processed line,it can produce not only three layers corrugated precessing but also five layers corrugated precessing with high quality pressboard,and cutting as per requirement .with high efficiency, and the centralized control system,this line is easy operating and convenientmaintaining also saving labor .Type of the rhombic and dentiform (UV/ACBE),Heating system (include diat-hermanous oil and steam )for users selection.
We offer different types of corrugated lines,from single wall,double wall to triple and five wall board production,with various speeds from 60mm/min to 180mm/min,and width available from 1200mm to 2200mm.

Q: How do you pack the products?
A: The machine is disassembled before shipping .Firstly we pack the main parts and spare parts by foam , then put them together to the carton and sealed with tape .In the end pack in wooden case. So it is very safe in shipping ! We have many pictures and videos about packing , if you want to know more , please contact us.
Q: How long can I receive the items?
A: Normally speaking, we will spend 4~6 days to prepare the order and if it requires longer time, we will inform you as soon as possible. The general shipping time will be a month by sea cargo. However, it still depends on what country you are, some may faster and some may slower.
Q: How to receive my order? Is it safe during shipping?
A: For the items you purchased, we will arrange shipping by sea or international express delivery to ship and usually the carriers are DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS. It shall be quite safe during shipping by sea or air. Additionally, we will purchase insurance as a guarantee for your order.

A: We provide 1 year warranty. During the 1 year warranty if any part is faulty, our company will give you replacing parts for free and help you to change the faulty parts. When the warranty expired, our company will still give you technician support for free. The only difference is the replacing part no longer free. So, we provide lifelong after sale service to you as long as you use our printer.
