High Speed Automatic Flexible Water Ink Carton Printing Machine
Product Description
1.Automatic flexo printing slotting die-cutting machine. It includes feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit and rotary die-cutting unit and stacker unit.
2.The drivec gears are hardened and ground. Hardness >HRC60.
3.All rolling shafts are plated with chromium to enhance hardness.
4.PLC with touch screen multifunction control, repeat order store and auto reset system after cleaning.
5. All of the rolls has been dynamic static balance treated.
6. All anilox roll is between 200-250. If the client request the ink erasing knife the anilox roll is between 350-400 which is as same as the offset printing.
7. Hardness of the rubber roll is above 70 degree.
8.Top end lead edge feeder which is 3 times more expensive than the normal one but is 20 times longer in using life.
Feeding unit:
1.Variable frequency control of the main electromotor.
2.Special fan sufficiently eliminates the dust and scraps on the surface of the board to improve the printing quality.
Printing unit:
1.The phase is 360 degree adjusted by electric planet gears. Keyless junction and foot-operated on-off make the plate loading and unloading convenient.
2.Drum type rubber roller ensures the quality of the ink distributing.
3.Pneumatic circular ink supply system.
4.Ceramic anilox roller can be chosen.
5.Satisfy the printing plate bundle of board, apply to bundle of standard plate strips.
Slotting unit:
1.The phase is 360 degree adjusted by the electric planet gears. Keyless junction.
2.The widthy and length of the carton are adjusted electrically and synchromously.
3.All up and down slotting shaft balance process,ensure the operation stable.
4.Electric sliding slot knife base.
5.Slotting phase and box height adjustment mechanism using planetary gear structure,and adopt PLC touch screen electric control.
6.Line pressing wheel coated rubber, will not damage the board ,pressing more straight.
Die cutting unit:
1.Youli cushion imported from Taiwan.
2.Double worm abrasivec belt cushion correction facility.
3.Cushion axial floating automatically to improve the utilization rate of cushion. The range of floating is 0-20mm ( from middle to left or right ).
4.Speed difference self-compensating function.
5.The axial adjustment of platen roller is hand operated. Range is 0-20mm. ( from middle to left or right ).
6.Die cutting phase is adjusted by the electric planet gears. Keyless junction.
Printing unit and slotting unit,die cutting unit and stacker can be combine freely as customer's needs.
