DFM-M3 Type Corrugated Cardboard Double Baker Facer

 

 
Use and Function :
 1.Surface of the heater plate adopts trinding process:with 10~20 pieces for choice.(Optional air cushion heating).
 2.High strength complex bridge which is very strong and good looking, perfect suitable for high-speed working.
 3.Heating section adopts concentrated press rollers;hydraulic power to control its up and down.According to the cardboard layers,hand subsection press and electric press are adopted for choice,which is good for the adherence adn moulding of the cardboard.(gravity roller pressing plate mixture or press plate quantity can be choosed,and auto controlled the quantity by PLC).
 4.Heating plate's temperature is digital displayed.
 5.Cooling unit adopts concentrated press rollers to make sure of the moulding quantity(pneumatic adjustment for optional).
 6.Up cotton belt is equipped with automatic correcting error device and two sets of pneumatic tensioning device.
 7.Down cotton belt adopts "S" shape manual correcting tensioning mechanism,simple structure and esay operation.
 8."S" type hand tension device and pneumatic tension device are adopted on the up cotton belt;with simple and practical structure.
 9.Steam pipeline rational layout,according paperboard lay and the speed can be to achieve the hot plate separate group adjusting the temperature.
