Use and Function :
 1.Man-machine interface PLC automatic control.Automatic switching of the heating plate number and size of the pressure to adopt to different kind of paper flute peak intact.
 2.Heating plate is surface grinded and chrome-plated.
 3.Dense weight rollers can be used in heating section,3-stage adjustable pressure for weight rollers are controlled by pneumatic system according to the thickness of paperbaoard(Optional).
 4.Tension control for upper cotton belt by pneumatic cylinder.Automatic or manual correcting device are optional.
 5.Drive section adopts gear box,which is drived by electromagnetic speed control motor or frequency conversion motor.
 6.Driver rollers can be servered endure abrasion rubber,and cutting "v" form teeth,with drum and put out paperboard stable.
