1.Feeding Part
- The device use the European technology strong suction head,equipped four sets of forwarding suckers and two sets of up and down suckers,to ensure the feeding more smooth and stable.
- When the sheet is fed, the dancing roller will rise up and transfer it into conveying and pressing unit. Lift/off paperboard using cylinder pushing,action quick and effort save.
- The dancing roller structure gives more feeding preparation time and makes the operation more easier compared with ordinary feeding structure.
- Bottom paper(board) feeding
- Cardboard size adjustment using screw adjustment mechanism. One person operation. Simple and convenient.
- Convenient adjustable code desk. Better to adapt to all kinds of cardboard. And the paper feed is stable and accurate.
- Feeding belt adopts high quality rubber seamless belt. Friction is large. long life. Low noise, easy maintenance.

- The machine has an electromagnetic clutch separation brake mechanism. The machine uses PLC automatic program control. High degree of automation. Drive drive motor. 2.Gluing Part
- High-precision coating with paper traversers to prevent paper from getting involved in the rubber wheel.
- On the rubber wheel side of the block mechanism can automatically control the liquid level, high-speed operation does not overflow plastic.
- Intelligent adjustment of glue back.
3.Location compensation Part
- Using a plurality of sets of inductance to perceive the bottom line relative to the forward position, so that the paper and the end of the paper precision alignment.
- Face paper on both sides of the servo motor to do an independent drive to compensate for the alignment of the upper and lower paper.
- Making the whole alignment process more accurate and smooth, improve efficiency.
