Modular Type Cottrugated Single Facer Machine

  1.Glue roller and upper roller are designed to groups guideway slippage load,convenient and swift.
  2.Gimbal transmission,fisson structure with unattached drive box, transmission more stable,close style gear transmission oiliness lubricated , prolong the using life of gear.
  3.The upper corrugated roller,pressure roller and glue roller adopt pneumatic control.
  4.The axletree of corrugated and pressure roller adopts high temperature resistant lube.
  5.Adopting electrmotion paste insulation set to prevent paste from drying up when the glue pans running separately while the main motor stopped.
  6.Electromotion adjusted figure show the glue quantity or manual adjust the glue quantity.
  7.The upper and lower corrugated rollers are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel which are  treated by heat.
  8.The rigidity of the corrugated rollers are HRC58-60 and the surface of the corrugated rollers is whetted by plating chrome.
