Use and Function :
 1.For the intensive pressure roller can adjust the comoression force or section designated by the customer flexibility of using computer-controlled pressure plate method.(Optional air cushion heating plate).
 2.Lift adopts hydraulic power.Hydraulic mechanism hide under cover,according to the production of corrugated board layers of sub-pressure,help maintain the appropriate pressure cardboard shape.
 3.Heating plate's temperature is digital displayed.
 4.Up cotton belt is equipped with automatic correcting error device and two sets of pneumatic tensioning device.
 5.Down cotton belt adopts "S" shape manual correcting tensioning mechanism,simple structure and esay operation.
 6."S" type hand tension device and pneumatic tension device are adopted on the up cotton belt;with simple and practical structure.
 7.The imported air sac correcting system is optional for the cotton belt.
 8.Cooling unit adopts up an down intensive sollers design.
 9.The machine adopts PLC control,advanced human-machine interface for direct digital display the machine's speed.
 10.Steam piping and a reasonable number of layers according to the speed achieved cardboard hot-plate group thermostat.
