  This product line is the semiautomatic product line consist by rotary stand, corrugating cardboard molding machine, rotary cutter. Using web as material can continuously produce and cut specification single corrugating paper which necessary. It has advanced producing flow, high effiency, strong batch, adjustability, good work condition etc trait, it is the perfect equipment of the middle, small style carton factory to proceeding the technique.

Description:

1. Single facer , in the corrugated packaging industry, known as the heart of the corrugated board production line .

2. Cardboard transmission is achieved by the method of vacuum suction, it equipped with high pressure air blower as well as a muffler, with adjustable of air blowing rate, to keep flute profiles stable under high speed.

3. All the corrugated rolls, pressure roll, gluing roll are pneumatically controlled, and the air control unit and electrical control unit are concentrated in a cabinet.

4. The main structure and frame are made of cast iron, up to the thickness of 200mm, equipped with independent gear box and cardan drive with submerged lubrication system to avoid noise and run stable.

5. The shafts of corrugated and pressure roll are all heat resisting and lubricated by lubricating grease.

6. The corrugated roll of the single facer corrugated production line is made of 52CrMo precision forging alloy steel, with the treatment of hardening and tempering, grinding, laser-quenching, spraying tungsten carbide, make the hardness up to HVC1200.

7. Equipped with spay wetness adjusting deivce to avoid paper cracking and keep a good flute profile, it's controlled by valves. 

8. Equipped with a lifting deivce on the heavy bridge convey to take out the corrugated roll and pressure roll for maintenance and replacement.

 

Features:

 

1.The pressure roll of the single facer corrugated production line is made of medium carbon steel, with the treatment of hardening and tempering, grinding and chrome plated, the roll up and down is controlled by cylinder.

2.Both corrugated roll and pressure roll are equipped with pneumatic pressure deivce in order to get a stable running condition. 

3.The gluing roll is treated with grinding, mesh snicked and chrome plated on the surface, while the doctor roll has the same treatment.

4.The gluing unit could be taken out integrally which is convenient for gluing roll maintenance and replacement. the gluing wall is sliding plate structure.

5.Electrical control glue supplying and gluing width denpends on the different size of paperboard, the glue quantity is digital displayed.

6.The gluing unit is available to run independently or non-independently. 

7.The gap between gluing roll and lower corrugated roll is manual micro adjusted by turbine reducer, the parallelism is convenient adjusted by positioning screw and eccentric sleeve.

8.The pre-heater of the single facer corrugated production line is made of seamless steel tube, and connected by flexible metal hose.

9.The machine is equipped with converter motor and Taiwan made PLC, as well as a safe defend net on the power control unit to protect the operators' safety.

10.There are 4 kinds of single facer corrugated production line for you to choose from,such as:1600mm,1800mm

,2000mm,2200mm.It varies with the with of the cardboard you need.
