1.TM-G series semi-automatic veneer machine is the new type and the series has several kinds of veneer machine.Each one has its special parts.
2.The TM-G1 type has fresh structure,beautiful look,easy operation,automatic adjusting and convenient maintain.It can feed paper automatically ,push paper never pull ahead,it is fit for joint between paper boards and joint of paper board and A/B/C/D/E type corrugated board,and joint of backing paper and front paper can be adjusted,easily at about 70 sheets per minute.
3.The TM-G5 type can stick five layers corrugated board.It has not only the function and feature of TM-G2 bu also the function of sticking paper board , corrugated board A/B/C/D/E type and pair paste,finish 5 layers,4 layers and 3 layers paperboard once.It is the most advanced production equipment in China.
1.Feeding Part
- The device use the European technology strong suction head,equipped four sets of forwarding suckers and two sets of up and down suckers,to ensure the feeding more smooth and stable.
- When the sheet is fed, the dancing roller will rise up and transfer it into conveying and pressing unit. Lift/off paperboard using cylinder pushing,action quick and effort save.
- The dancing roller structure gives more feeding preparation time and makes the operation more easier compared with ordinary feeding structure.
- Bottom paper(board) feeding
- Cardboard size adjustment using screw adjustment mechanism. One person operation. Simple and convenient.
- Convenient adjustable code desk. Better to adapt to all kinds of cardboard. And the paper feed is stable and accurate.
- Feeding belt adopts high quality rubber seamless belt. Friction is large. long life. Low noise, easy maintenance.
- High economic efficiency. Double tension control. Convenient and reliable. Drive shaft with pattern roller. Increase the friction with the feeding belt. To ensure smooth delivery of cardboard high speed.
- The machine has an electromagnetic clutch separation brake mechanism. The machine uses PLC automatic program control. High degree of automation. Drive drive motor. To achieve stable operation of the speed control photoelectric signal through the PLC control electromagnetic clutch brake. Implement synchronization with the host.
2.Gluing Part
- High-precision coating with paper traversers to prevent paper from getting involved in the rubber wheel.
- On the rubber wheel side of the block mechanism can automatically control the liquid level, high-speed operation does not overflow plastic.
- Intelligent adjustment of glue back.
3.Location compensation Part
- Using a plurality of sets of inductance to perceive the bottom line relative to the forward position, so that the paper and the end of the paper precision alignment.
- Face paper on both sides of the servo motor to do an independent drive to compensate for the alignment of the upper and lower paper.
- Making the whole alignment process more accurate and smooth, improve efficiency.
