Single face corrugating machine

The roller diameter of the single corrugate machine is one of Ø 260mm, Ø 280mm, the materials is 48 crmo with rigidity of HRC55-60.

The machine with roller of Ø 280mm have pneumatic driving system which covered all the operation cycle, include the hydrosol paint roller run back, reset, grooving and single side laminate.

The machine has the individual drive gear case, closed gear drive, oilimess lubricating, gimbal transmission to preventvibrations and con duce the good running condition.

The heating mode can be selected electricity, steam or diathermanous oil.

The assemvbly line consiats of the paper web support, single side corrugate equipment and the rotary paper cutter.
